A hierarchy is not a list
The endpoint stack has to answer a defined question. If each endpoint exists for a different reason, the hierarchy becomes a reporting artifact instead of a decision tool.
Timing is part of endpoint meaning
Measure selection cannot be separated from the expected time course, rescue behavior, and burden of capture. Otherwise a 'good' measure still produces weak signal.
Pre-commit to interpretation rules
Teams should agree on what mixed, partial, or asymmetric results will mean before data arrive. That discipline reduces post hoc narrative drift.
